Don't try this at home, oh wait I did do this at home. Walking down the stairs to the basement and slipped and down I went. A nice clean break would have been the better way to go...But, no I had to damage the nerves in my foot, the Talus bone and stretched the Ligament's (Water around the Ligaments). It really Hurt! RX: Stay off my foot and rest...I have not been very good at that, it has taken a long time to heal. Too many things to do!(Mom stuff, if you know what I mean)Crutches and now a Rolling Walker! I know you can LAUGH! It was quite funny rolling into church!!!
